"KB Solutions", "we" and "us" means the business that operates kbsolutions.agency. You can contact us about any tip at support@kbsolutions.agency.
Some pages on our website offer free tools, such as the Air Waybill Series Generator. Anyone may use them at no cost. A "tip" is a voluntary one-off payment that you choose to make to say thank you for a tool you have used. By tipping, you confirm that:
KB Solutions is a for-profit business, not a registered charity or non-profit organisation. Tips are business income for us. They are not charitable donations, are not given for any charitable purpose, and are not tax-deductible. We do not issue charitable or tax receipts.
Tips are processed by Stripe on a secure checkout page hosted by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. You choose the amount within the limits shown on the checkout page, and the payment is charged once. Tips are never recurring.
Each payment is recorded in our Stripe account as a voluntary tip for our free tools. Stripe emails you a receipt to the address you enter at checkout, and the charge appears on your card statement as "KB SOLUTIONS".
Your card issuer may add its own fees, such as for currency conversion. We do not control these and cannot refund them.
Because a tip is a voluntary payment for which nothing is supplied in return, tips are non-refundable to the extent permitted by law. We will refund a tip in full if you contact us within 14 days of payment and:
To ask for a refund, email support@kbsolutions.agency with the date, the amount and the email address used at checkout. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe. They usually take 5–10 business days to reach you, depending on your bank.
Nothing in this policy takes away any right you have under the consumer protection laws that apply to you and that cannot be excluded by agreement.
If you don't recognise a charge or have a concern about a tip, please email us first. We aim to reply within two business days, and in most cases we can resolve it faster than a bank dispute. If you open a dispute or chargeback with your bank, we may give Stripe and your bank the records of the payment: the date, amount, the checkout terms you accepted, the receipt and the page you tipped from.
Stripe keeps a record of each tip, including the amount, date, the email address you entered, the product description ("voluntary tip") and your acceptance of these terms at checkout. We keep these records to meet our accounting and legal obligations and to answer any questions or disputes. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. Stripe's handling of your data is covered by Stripe's privacy policy.
A tip does not pay for or reserve any custom development. If you request a custom tool through our website, that is a free enquiry. Any paid work is agreed separately, with a written quote, before you are charged anything.
We may update this policy. The version shown on this page at the time of your tip applies to that tip.
