These terms apply when you use kbsolutions.agency (the "website"), including our free online tools, tips made through the website, and requests for custom tools. "KB Solutions", "we" and "us" means the business that operates the website. By using the website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. Using the website

You may use the website for lawful purposes only. You must not try to disrupt it, overload it, scrape it at scale, get around its security, or use it to send spam or harmful content. Our Legal Disclaimer covers ownership of the website content and also applies.

2. Free tools

Our free tools (for example the Air Waybill Series Generator, AWB series generator, air waybill maker, docket receipt generator, cargo volume calculator and hotspot-to-CSV converter) are provided free of charge, "as is" and "as available". We do our best to keep them accurate and online, but we do not guarantee that they are error-free, uninterrupted or suitable for any particular purpose.

You are responsible for checking anything a tool produces, such as labels, numbers, barcodes, receipts or calculations, before you rely on it, print it or give it to a carrier, customer or authority. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of a free tool or its output.

We may change, limit or withdraw any free tool at any time.

3. Voluntary tips

You can choose to leave a tip to support our free tools. Tips are covered by our Tips & Voluntary Support Policy, which forms part of these terms. In summary:

• a tip is voluntary and the tools stay free whether or not you tip;
• you receive no goods, services or other benefit in return;
• KB Solutions is a business, not a charity, so tips are not charitable donations and are not tax-deductible;
• payments are processed by Stripe, and you must be the cardholder or authorised to use the card; and
• tips are non-refundable, except duplicate, mistaken or unauthorised payments reported within 14 days, and except where the law that applies to you requires otherwise.

When you tip, you confirm at checkout that you have read and accept these terms and the Tips Policy.

4. Custom tool requests

Sending a custom tool request through the website is a free, non-binding enquiry. It does not create a contract, and we may decline any request. If we agree to build something for you, the scope, price, timeline, payment terms and refund terms will be set out in a separate written quote or agreement. That document will govern the work. No payment is taken through the request form.

5. Your information

We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. Card payments are handled by Stripe under Stripe's privacy policy. We do not receive or store your full card details.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for anything relating to the free tools or the website is limited to the amount of any tip you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you use the website, or when you make a tip, is the version that applies.
