Questions ISPs Ask Us
Do I need a public IP on my MikroTik?
No. PakRadius works with RADIUS over VPN or directly over the internet; the router only needs to reach the server.
Can I move my users from another panel?
Yes. Export your users to CSV or Excel and import them with a row-by-row preview, or import directly from an existing RADIUS database. Thousands of users go in with RADIUS sync in one pass.
Which OLTs are supported?
Huawei, ZTE, VSOL and BDCOM over SNMP, plus a generic mode for other vendors. ONU status, LOS and optical RX power are polled automatically and linked to each subscriber.
Can my dealers have their own login?
Yes. Distributors, franchises, dealers and operators each get their own panel and only see their own users, payments and reports. Wallets and commissions are tracked per level.
Which payment methods are supported?
Cash, bank transfer, and online payments through JazzCash and EasyPaisa. Every payment is recorded with the collector and method, and callbacks are verified before an account is renewed.
Is PakRadius hosted or self-hosted?
Both. Use the PakRadius cloud (SaaS), your own VPS, or an on-premise server with a lifetime licence. It ships as a single binary with the web panel built in, so there is no PHP or Node.js to install.
